Description

Memorial HealthCare System seeks a highly experienced Attorney to provide comprehensive legal support to the General Counsel and the entire organization. The role involves managing legal disputes, drafting and negotiating contracts, overseeing external counsel, conducting internal training, and serving as a subject-matter expert in various legal domains. The attorney will also advise executives, liaise with external entities, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5 years of experience as an attorney.
Preferred Qualifications: Healthcare-related legal experience

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action quickly
Substantial experience in preparing, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and other complex legal documents
Strong initiative as well as management, teamwork, delegation and problem-solving abilities.
Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
