Pavago is hiring a full-time, fully remote Attorney / Corporate Counsel to provide business-focused legal guidance across commercial contracts, corporate governance, compliance, risk management, legal research, dispute coordination, and legal operations. The role involves drafting and negotiating agreements, advising leadership, maintaining corporate records, monitoring regulatory requirements, supporting litigation matters, and improving legal workflows. Candidates need a Juris Doctor or equivalent law degree, active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, and at least three years of legal practice experience; U.S.-licensed attorneys are preferred.
