Description

The Office of General Counsel is hiring an attorney to assist judges with motions and mandamus petitions, handle pro se and complex patent litigation, draft memos and orders, discuss cases with judges, and advise on case disposition. The position reports to downtown Washington, DC, with limited telework possible, and requires a Juris Doctor degree, active bar membership, and progressively responsible legal experience at the CL-30 or CL-31 level, depending on the appointment level.
