The role handles first- and third-party personal auto insurance cases and coverage matters from inception through trial and appeal, including depositions, motions, witness examination, case management, and courtroom advocacy. Candidates must have at least five years of relevant civil litigation experience, a law degree from an A.B.A.-accredited law school, an active New Jersey law license, and strong technological and organizational skills. The position is based in Princeton, New Jersey, with a hybrid schedule of four onsite days and one remote day per week, and offers a salary of $115,000 to $160,000 plus comprehensive benefits.
