Sterlington PLLC is hiring a full-time independent contractor to own attorney development from the ground up. The role builds feedback cadences, learning and development programs, community initiatives, coaching and mentoring, and data-driven utilization and performance actions; it also supports talent acquisition and represents attorney development to firm leadership. The position is 100% remote, supports United States Eastern Time working hours, and seeks a legal or attorney-development background, strong L&D program design and coaching experience, working knowledge of United States employment law, data-driven decision-making, excellent communication, and comfort with ambiguity.
