The role involves developing litigation and negotiation strategies, preparing written submissions and evidence, conducting witness and expert examinations, and preparing hearings. Applicants should have two German State Examinations in Law with fully satisfactory grades, very good English skills, and experience or aptitude for demanding legal work and negotiations.
