Description
The Senior Attorney serves as a principal legal advisor to the Twenty-First Air Force Commander and staff on complex civil, fiscal, ethics, privacy, regulatory, and international and domestic operations matters. The role includes legal research and writing, issuing legal opinions, advising on compliance programs, conducting investigations, and preparing litigation-related documents. Candidates must hold an ABA-accredited law degree, be currently licensed and in good standing with a U.S. bar, have more than three years of professional legal experience, and be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
