Alliance Defending Freedom is hiring an Audience Growth Program Manager to oversee audience growth programs that raise awareness, engage potential donors, and inspire first gifts. The role manages brand and media-buy contracts, campaign testing and learnings, audience and campaign data, marketing briefs, vendor and agency relationships, delivery schedules, budgets, and reporting. It requires a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, at least five years of comparable marketing, agency, or program management experience, and familiarity with digital marketing, connected television, and/or direct mail production. The position is available in Lansdowne, Virginia; Dallas, Texas; and Scottsdale, Arizona, with a disclosed Virginia salary range of $103,000 to $150,000 USD.
