Description
PAC NYC is hiring a seasonal Audience Services Representative to welcome patrons, assist with ticket scanning, wayfinding, ushering, ticket sales, merchandise, and customer service during performances and other events. The role requires availability for one to three shifts during show weeks, up to 29 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and pays $22.50 per hour. Preferred qualifications include ticketing-platform experience, ushering experience, cash-handling experience, multilingual or ASL fluency, and CPR certification; F-03 Fireguard certification is required within two weeks of onboarding.
