HARMAN is hiring an Audio ML Engineer for its Research Intelligent Audio team to develop machine learning models that enable adaptive audio behavior across devices and contexts. The role involves audio perception research, model development, data and evaluation design, embedded and cloud optimization, and cross-functional handoffs with DSP, perceptual, and productization teams. Candidates need a relevant MS or PhD or equivalent experience, at least five years of applied machine learning research or engineering experience including two years in audio or related signal domains, strong Python and machine learning capabilities, and experience with embedded, edge, or cloud constraints. The position offers a salary range of $134,250 to $196,900 and is marked hybrid.
