Red Carrot is hiring a full-time, on-site Audio Technician in Alexandria, Virginia to support a federal government client. The role involves setting up and operating microphones, mixing consoles, signal processors, recording software, and speaker systems; recording music, voiceovers, podcasts, and broadcasts; troubleshooting audio issues; managing equipment inventory; collaborating with producers and clients; and preparing production reports. The position requires at least three years of professional recording studio or broadcast experience, knowledge of signal flow and audio processing, and flexibility for irregular hours including evenings and weekends.
