Description
The Audio Visual (AV) Maintenance Technician provides Tier 2 video conferencing support and on-site maintenance for client rooms. The role resolves AV/VC equipment failures, software configuration issues, and physical malfunctions; performs break-fix and maintenance work; commissions retrofits and new builds; monitors endpoints; escalates network issues; initiates Cisco TAC and vendor RMA cases; and supports integrators and new-build deployments. The position requires knowledge of Cisco, Crestron, Extron, Shure, Clearone, and related AV/VC hardware and signal flow, along with strong customer service, conflict resolution, and physical integration skills. It is an onsite role with a stated pay range of $31.73 to $34.13 USD.
