Tusker is hiring a Level 2 AV/IT Support Engineer to provide onsite support across three buildings in New York. The role combines AV and events support for conference rooms, collaboration spaces, and live meetings with end-user IT support for laptops, desktops, peripherals, and connectivity. The engineer will troubleshoot video, audio, displays, cameras, conferencing technologies, and connectivity issues; perform proactive room readiness checks; float between the three local buildings; and escalate complex issues. The position requires at least three years of AV, IT, or hybrid AV/IT support experience, along with experience supporting conferencing and collaboration technologies, and offers compensation starting at $75,000 per year.
