IM Solutions is hiring an Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate its AV/IT Installation, Engineering, and Software Services departments. Reporting to the CTO, the role leads department managers, coordinates projects and resources, builds and develops teams of 15 or more employees, manages customer relationships, and drives operational improvement through EOS processes and performance metrics. The position requires strong audio-visual and low-voltage systems knowledge, IT network expertise, project management experience, and proficiency with MIS tools; it offers a 9/80 schedule, incentives, health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement matching, paid time off, paid holidays, and training.
