The Audio Visual Technician operates production equipment and provides technical support for various events like breakouts, classes, training, and weekend experiences. The role involves collaborating with the Central Production Manager, managing conference/classroom setups, troubleshooting audio/video equipment in outdoor settings, and assisting with weekend experiences. It requires problem-solving skills, flexibility, potential evening/weekend/holiday work, and travel between multiple Christ Fellowship locations. Regular quality report filling is also part of the duties.
