Mission Critical Solutions is hiring a full-time, permanent Audio Visual Technician in Panama City Beach, Florida. The role involves terminating, testing, soldering, and dressing low-voltage cabling; interpreting blueprints; using scissor and boom lifts; traveling to project and user locations; and working flexible hours including nights and weekends. Candidates need experience with audio-visual, data, voice, networking, and fiber cabling, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to obtain a Florida State JLA badge; OSHA, CTS, Creston, AMX, or Extron certifications are desired, while five years of low-voltage or control systems experience is preferred. The position may require travel, night and weekend work, physical work at heights and in confined spaces, and operation of company vehicles.
