Coface is hiring an Audit Associate to join its Romania-based audit team and contribute to group-wide audit assignments. The role involves developing audit programs, evaluating internal controls and compliance, executing risk-based audits, preparing reports, identifying control gaps, and supporting audit quality and digitalization initiatives. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 3–5 years of experience in internal audit, financial audit, or financial controlling, strong knowledge of internal control and audit standards, English communication skills, and willingness to travel internationally for 1–2-week missions.
