HaysMac is hiring an Audit Associate to support audits for a diverse range of clients, including charities and purpose-driven organisations. The role involves testing financial transactions, reviewing financial data, preparing audit working papers, supporting senior staff, attending client meetings, and working in offices and client sites. Candidates will study toward the ACA qualification, receive structured training, and be supported by a line manager and buddy. The position requires a 2:2 degree or predicted degree in any discipline and 120 UCAS points or equivalent from the top three A-Levels, along with strong communication, analytical, teamwork, adaptability, attention to detail, problem-solving, and data-handling skills.
