BDO is hiring a Senior Manager of Analytics and Automation to lead teams designing, testing, and implementing audit analytics and automation solutions. The role manages complex analytics projects and workflows, provides technical leadership, develops data models and Power BI visualizations, trains engagement teams, and supports innovation and go-to-market activities. It requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or finance, at least seven years of accounting or finance experience, prior supervisory and project management experience, a Certified Public Accountant license, and experience with data visualization tools; Power BI, SQL, and related analytics skills are preferred. The national salary range is $135,000 to $200,000.
