BDO is hiring a Senior Manager, Analytics and Automation to lead teams designing, testing, and implementing audit analytics and automation solutions. The role manages complex analytics projects and workflows, develops Power BI and data-visualization capabilities, applies financial data-systems knowledge, supports audit quality and engagement efficiency, and provides technical leadership and team development. It requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or finance, at least seven years of accounting or finance experience, prior supervisory and project management experience, a Certified Public Accountant license, and experience with data visualization tools; Power BI, SQL, and related analytics skills are preferred. The national salary range is $135,000 to $200,000.
