The role covers technical and non-technical learning, translates business objectives into learning interventions, collaborates with subject-matter experts, coaches junior team members, and may require on-site programme delivery. It is based anywhere in the United Kingdom with regular travel to the London hub and other UK locations as needed. The position seeks a senior or experienced manager with programme-development and audit or regulated-environment experience.
