The role manages audit engagements, budgets, client relationships, junior staff development, resource integration, and business development, while using artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, and data visualizations. It requires at least seven years of professional experience, audit management experience, IFRS/US GAAP knowledge, team-management and project-management experience, ACCA/ICAEW certification or equivalent, and strong English and Bulgarian communication skills.
