Description
The role manages client engagements and multiple client relationships, including financial statements, tax returns, work papers, budgets, billing, realization, quality-control reviews, and on-time delivery. It also develops new business, participates in client meetings and proposals, and supervises, trains, and mentors staff. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, five years of public-accounting or related experience, three years of supervisory experience, an active CPA or equivalent certification, client-management ability, communication skills, travel availability, and technology proficiency; a master’s degree in accounting, taxation, or a related field is preferred.
