The Senior Manager, Financial Services Audit leads and manages complex assurance engagements for financial services clients, including investment funds and broker-dealers. The role oversees audit planning, staffing, risk and control evaluation, financial statement review, documentation, budgets, timelines, and client relationships, while coaching and developing audit staff. Candidates need at least five years of progressive public accounting experience, direct financial services audit experience, a CPA license in good standing, and an active Virginia driver’s license. The anticipated hiring range is $104,500-$135,800, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
