Ascend, via Lucas Horsfall, is hiring an Audit Manager for a hybrid role based in Pasadena or Irvine, California. The manager will oversee multiple assurance engagements, lead audit teams, manage client relationships and engagement economics, review financial statements and audit files, and help develop staff while ensuring work complies with US GAAP, GAAS, and firm standards. Candidates need at least 5+ years of public accounting assurance experience, an active CPA license, and a BA/BS in accounting or business; a master's degree, manufacturing/construction/service industry experience, and familiarity with audit software and AI platforms are preferred.
