Sorren is hiring a full-time Assurance Manager to manage complex assurance projects, including audits, reviews, and agreed-upon procedures. The role applies GAAP, GAAS, and other financial reporting frameworks; plans engagements; supervises and mentors team members; reviews workpapers and audit programs; assesses control deficiencies; prepares client letters and proposals; manages client relationships; and meets billable-hour and performance targets. Candidates need 5–10 years of assurance experience, a CPA license or eligibility, a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, and experience with employee benefit plan audits.
