Description
The role leads senior and staff accountants, oversees engagement planning and scheduling, ensures quality and workflow, coaches team members, communicates with partners, develops client business, improves internal controls, handles transactional projects, and conducts technical training. It requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field, five years of progressively responsible post-degree experience, and five years of experience with IFRS, footnote disclosures, and international tax compliance in Hong Kong and China. The position requires 30% domestic and international travel and offers an annual salary of $110,001 to $130,000.
