Trax Inc. is hiring a full-time Audit Manager to lead a team of Logistics Data Analysts/Auditors and Audit Supervisors. The role oversees audit support services, SLAs, KPIs, audit quality, client and carrier relationships, team performance, risk mitigation, continuous improvement, and automation. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least two years of team leadership experience in logistics, supply chain, business process outsourcing, or a related field, strong communication and analytical skills, stakeholder management experience, and flexibility for a shifting 24/5 schedule.
