Actief Select is hiring an Audit Manager to lead audit teams, manage audit engagements, determine audit approaches, conduct risk analyses, prepare audit plans, review files and reports, and advise clients on significant findings. The role also involves coaching junior and senior auditors, developing audit processes, and building lasting client relationships. Candidates should have several years of relevant audit experience, preferably experience managing files and colleagues, a degree in economics or finance, strong analytical and communication skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
