Shipium is hiring an Audit Manager to own its Always-On Audit service, which audits carrier invoices, detects billing discrepancies, automates disputes, reconciles results with finance, and supports client onboarding and managed-service reviews. The role shapes audit rules and workflows, handles client escalations, improves carrier billing standards, and leads a team of Audit Advisors. Candidates need extensive parcel, freight, or transportation billing audit experience, carrier invoice reconciliation experience, technology and audit-automation experience, client-facing account-management experience, and team leadership experience.
