Aprio is seeking a Partner to lead client engagements, expand market presence, develop and mentor talent, and contribute to the firm’s long-term strategy. The role combines executive oversight of complex engagements, strategic and operational client guidance, revenue growth, practice development, referral and partnership building, and leadership of engagement teams. Candidates must have at least 12 years of professional-services leadership experience, an active CPA in Audit, a record of revenue and practice growth, strong client service and collaborative leadership, and the ability to mentor high-performing teams.
