The Audit Senior Accountant plans and leads attestation engagements, performs substantive testing, control testing, and analytical review, evaluates financial statements and internal controls, communicates with clients, supervises and mentors audit staff, manages engagement timelines and budgets, and documents audit findings. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field and 3–6 years of relevant audit experience within a CPA firm, with CPA licensure or relevant certification preferred. The position is based in a professional office, may require frequent travel, and offers a New York salary range of $95,788 to $124,524 plus health, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off benefits.
