Grassi is hiring an Audit Senior Associate to join its Park Ridge, New Jersey office. The role leads healthcare and affordable housing audit engagements from planning through completion, supervises and mentors staff, reviews audit workpapers and financial statements, evaluates internal controls, prepares complex audit documentation, and manages client relationships and engagement deadlines. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in accounting, 3–5 years of progressive public accounting audit experience, healthcare and affordable housing audit experience, and the ability to travel; a CPA license or active pursuit of certification is preferred. The role offers a base salary of $80,000–$110,000 in the Park Ridge market, along with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
