Description
The Audit Senior Associate will own day-to-day audit and assurance engagement work, manage multiple concurrent engagements, coordinate staff, research technical issues, review work for quality, and serve as a client contact. The role also provides guidance to staff, supports team productivity, and encourages specialization and professional licensure. Required qualifications include an accounting degree, a CPA license or active CPA pursuit, and at least two years of public or private accounting experience; healthcare and not-for-profit experience, coaching ability, and AI tool adoption are preferred. The position offers in-office, flexible, and alternative working arrangements, professional development support, and an annual base salary of $73,000 to $85,000.
