Description
The role performs accounting, tax, and audit engagements for clients, including engagement planning, budgeting, quality control, status updates, billing support, and administrative work. It also reviews associate work, may supervise associates, trains and mentors staff, develops specialty practice knowledge, and participates in practice development. The position requires a bachelor's degree, two years of public accounting or related experience, deadline and multitasking management, communication skills, technology proficiency, and travel availability; a master's degree in accounting, taxation, or a related field and CPA candidacy are preferred.
