Description
The role is a senior public-accounting leadership position responsible for managing engagement deliverables, quality control, client development, client needs assessment, and the supervision, training, mentoring, and performance evaluation of staff. The position requires a bachelor's degree, eight years of public-accounting or related experience, five years of supervisory experience, an active CPA or equivalent certification, client-engagement management, communication, technology proficiency, and travel based on business needs. A master's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field is preferred.
