Trax Inc. is hiring a full-time Audit Supervisor to lead a team of Logistics Data Analysts/Auditors across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. The role oversees audit execution, exception resolution, task prioritization, KPI and scorecard reporting, customer and carrier service delivery, process documentation, performance reviews, and team mentorship. Candidates need a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong communication and analytical skills, leadership ability, and willingness to work a shifting schedule for 24/5 coverage.
