Description
The Authorization Specialist II, RCM handles insurance eligibility, benefits, authorizations, reauthorizations, payor setup, reporting, and denial appeals for patients across multiple locations. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of health-related authorization and eligibility experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to independently file appeals with multiple payors. It reports to the Authorization Manager, RCM and offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, sick time, a 401(k), and a referral program, with pay of $18.00 to $22.00 per hour.
