Behavioral Perspective (BPI) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Autism Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one therapy services to children, teens, and young adults with autism. The role involves empowering clients to develop self-advocacy, life, and communication skills, managing challenging behaviors, and improving social interactions. Candidates will collaborate with experienced managers and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in various settings, including clinics, homes, schools, and communities.
