Description
Holding Hands is hiring a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis therapy for children, adolescents, and adults across clinic, home, community, and school settings. The role implements BCBAs’ treatment plans, supports clients’ skills and independence, collects client data, collaborates with clinical team members, and builds relationships with clients and families. No prior experience is required because fully paid training and ongoing mentorship are provided, and the position offers flexible part-time schedules of 15–30 hours per week.
