Impact Learning & Development is seeking an Autism Program Instructor to support students with Autism from Kindergarten through 6th grade. The instructor will assist the teacher in classroom management, apply Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles, and provide direct instruction based on students' Individual Education Program (IEP) and Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP). Responsibilities include supporting the teacher in classroom management, executing direct instruction and Behavior Intervention Plans, gathering daily data on student progress, ensuring continuous student supervision, fostering constructive relationships, and attending weekly staff meetings. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, with a Bachelor's Degree preferred. Knowledge of ABA and/or RBT Certification is a plus.
