One Step Forward is hiring a part-time Autism Support Specialist to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism in Cedar Knolls, East Hanover, and surrounding Morris County communities in New Jersey. The role involves implementing individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA, teaching communication and daily living skills, collecting session data electronically, and coordinating with supervising clinicians. The position offers after-school weekday hours, flexible scheduling, and pay of $22–$32 per hour, and requires experience working with children, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and organizational skills, and reliable transportation.
