The role requires knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, compliance with DRP requirements, willingness to complete I-CAR training, and a valid driver’s license. Compensation is estimated at $55,000–$78,000 per year, with commissions based on location, revenue metrics, sales, and individual performance.
