Description
The Line Lead, Cosmetic (Body Shop) is a front-line supervisor responsible for managing and developing hourly associates in an Inspection Center, meeting production and quality targets, overseeing vehicle movement and inventory, coaching and approving repairs, and resolving conflicts. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, computer experience, at least 18 years of age, reconditioning-process expertise, a valid driver’s license, physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds, and the ability to work a variable schedule, overtime, and weekends. The position is not visa eligible.
