Carvana is hiring a Line Lead to supervise and develop hourly associates in an Inspection Center, manage vehicle movement and production targets, coach and approve repairs, resolve conflicts, and maintain safety and quality standards. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, computer experience, reconditioning-process expertise, a valid driver’s license, physical lifting and standing, and the ability to work overtime, weekends, and variable schedules. The position pays $32.00 to $40.00 per hour and includes medical, dental, vision, 401K matching, and other benefits; it is full-time and not eligible for visa sponsorship.
