Description
The Auto Body Technician assesses, repairs, and restores damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition by disassembling and reassembling vehicles, removing and replacing body and glass parts, realigning frames, welding, and repainting. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, completion of a technical school program, or a three-year apprenticeship, along with the ability to work with minimal supervision, use repair tools, and perform physically demanding inspections and repairs. Compensation is $24–$29 per flat rate, with medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision insurance effective on the first day.
