Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Auto Body Technician to assess, disassemble, repair, reassemble, and refinish customer vehicles to restore them to pre-accident condition while supporting repair facility KPIs and delivering a strong customer experience. The role requires hands-on collision repair skills including structural and cosmetic body repair, welding, glass replacement, and painting, along with the ability to work safely in a shop environment and interpret job orders with minimal supervision. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent plus either technical school completion or a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer, and offers comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement savings.
