Gerber Collision & Glass is hiring an Auto Body Technician to assess, disassemble, repair, reassemble, and refinish collision-damaged vehicles, restoring them to pre-accident condition while meeting quality, speed, customer service, and facility KPI expectations. The role involves structural and cosmetic body repair, parts replacement, welding, glass repair, painting, inspections, cost estimating, and safe use of shop tools. A high school diploma or equivalent plus completion of an auto body technical school program or a three-year apprenticeship is required.
