The Boyd Group is hiring an Auto Body Technician at its Columbia-Newland Road location. The role repairs collision-damaged vehicles by assessing damage, preparing estimates, disassembling and reassembling vehicles, repairing structural and body damage, replacing parts and glass, welding, painting, and inspecting completed work. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent plus completion of an auto body technical school program or a three-year apprenticeship, along with knowledge of vehicle body repair methods and trade tools. Compensation is a flat-rate, performance-based estimated $50,000–$150,000 per year.
