Description
Caliber is hiring a Collision Repair Technician at its Phoenix service center to perform full collision repairs, including fender and frame work, panel and structural repairs, blueprint execution, quality reassembly, and teamwork with painters, estimators, and front-office staff. The role requires at least two years of wreck-repair experience, frame and structural knowledge, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and U.S. work eligibility. Compensation includes a weekly flag rate of up to $20–$30, a one-time $1,500 sign-on bonus, training, paid time off, holidays, and medical, dental, vision, and 401k benefits.
